Notarization Services
By using the services provided by Lazy Unicorn Notary, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the notarization of documents. Any misrepresentation may lead to the cancellation of services.
Errors on Notarial Certificate: If there is an error on your Notarial Certificate, please contact us immediately. We will schedule a correction appointment at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations without notice, a service fee may apply.
Fees & Payments: All notarization fees are in accordance with the state guidelines. Travel fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to the appointment.
Remote Online Notarization (RON): For remote services, clients must ensure that their technology meets the necessary requirements for RON. Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
Liability: Lazy Unicorn Notary is not liable for any misuse of notarized documents. The responsibility for proper use of notarized documents lies with the client.
